We continued working on our Story Vines!
In the afternoon, we created the Solar System and the International Space Station for a coding task for Monday!
As we worked on our creations, we had the hockey game on and shared the experience together. We felt many emotions throughout the game — excitement, anticipation, and even sadness when our women's hockey team came up short. It was a powerful learning moment for our class. We had a thoughtful discussion about sportsmanship, handling disappointment, and still feeling proud of a team’s hard work and accomplishments.
It was a great reminder that winning isn’t everything — showing character, effort, and pride truly matters most.
