Our Grade One team shared Brightbill today, and we had the chance to meet him and watch him explore our circle 🪿
Today we explored geometric art while learning about polygons! Students used different polygons such as triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, and hexagons to create creative designs and patterns. This task helped us identify polygon attributes like sides, vertices, and angles while showing how math can connect to art.
MANY students found the art to be relaxing, so they brought an extra image home to complete!
