WOW...what a difference a day makes! Students came back to school ready to work...
even when it is HARD!
We began our morning by practicing making connections in our learning. Students are interacting thoughtfully with texts by connecting ideas to personal experiences, other texts, and the world around them. Making these connections helps students better understand what they read, express their thinking clearly, and engage more meaningfully with learning.
We are working on Literacy Stations stamina!
Students are working in small groups, and they are helping each other problem solve, and stay on task!
We continue to practice our basic facts...practice pays OFF!
